Terms of Services

  • By ordering from me, the customer accepts the following terms of services

  • None of my work may be used in any blockchain-related technology, this includes but is not limited to NFT, crypto currency, or any future invention in the space

  • I have the right to decline any order I don't feel comfortable with

  • This includes, but is not limited to NSFW, Erotism, Nudity, fetish, overly gore themes, racism or discrimination. Don't even ask, I will NOT draw those.

  • I only work with clear character references or written description accompanied by visual reference pictures. The more references I get, the more accurate I can be.

  • I keep the right to use commissioned artwork for self promotion such as portefolio or commission sheets.

  • Payment will be asked upfront in € through paypal invoice or bank transfer.

  • Payment should wait the invoice reception and not being sent without my approval.

  • My current prices apply to personal use only. The customer is allowed to share, repost, print, etc, the final product. However the customer ISN'T allowed to sell prints, badges, derived products of the commission unless previously discussed.

  • My services are exclusively digital. Therefore there will be NO physical shipping of the finished artwork.

  • If the customer cancels the commission before I start working on it, they will get 80% of their money back. Once I start working on it no refund is possible.

  • I show regular wips of the piece, please do communicate with me especially on the sketch phase. Any excessive modification asked after the sketch phase may be subject to a fee.
